• Engagement Manager (for Big 4 firm) on large financial institution audits (i.e. SunTrust Bank)
• Regional Banking Specialist (while with KPMG)
• Over 25 years of experience serving as engagement partner/manager on numerous community bank and mortgage companies projects
• Technical consultant for loan servicing under GNMA, FNMA and USAP requirement for the RTC-OIG
• Appointed interim President/CEO by FSLIC for numerous S&Ls in connection with regulatory compliance reviews; responsibilities included management and liquidation of assets during liquidation
• Former CFO of a commercial bank conglomerate
• Corporate Tax Supervisor for Financial General Bancshares (Morris Plan Banks) and International Bank of Washington, Washington, D.C.
• Former accounting manager, checking manager, credit and collections manager, vice president and head trust officer of a local bank
